Position: Roofer Laborer – Entry Level

Reports To: Crew Leader/Supervisor

Classification: Non-Exempt

What You'll Do:

• Assist in installing and repairing roofing systems.
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare roofs for new applications.
• Apply liquid and multi-layered roof coatings.
• Safely handle and transport materials and tools.
• Set up and maintain safety equipment on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfort with heights and working on slopes.
• Dependability and commitment to completing jobs on time.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, see, hear, and communicate effectively.
